Video: Broadway Limited Imports HO BlueLine M1a

Nice sound and great detail. All in all a fine model of one Pennsy’s more interesting engines.

I like to hear and watch it; it’s great history. Looks perfectly done. Hope it’s a success.

Not bad, but BLI’s D&RGW C16 sounds much better. Might be the larger volume of the bigger tender.

Wow!!! I love it, what a super nice model, the sound effects are awesome!!!

The whistle sounds like it comes from inside a box, which I guess it does.

When do we see NYC with this quality sound and detail?

cool video!!

All it needs is the smoke out the stack and the steam out the sides and you are in. Looks and sounds like a real steamer.

Great video of a great model! Love the sounds. Keep up the good work.

I had the chance to examine one of the M1b’s in my Local Hobby Shop the one week, and Broadway Limited Imports has definitely captured the look, sound and feel of the Pennsy’s M1 series. I can easily picture these units pulling a train of Perishables, or a fast freight, or a coal drag, over the Pennsy’s Pittsburgh Division, or even highballing over the Middle Division. An article published over at Tony’s Trains (The DCC guys) site also tells how someone can convert these to have a front coupler (For those interested)
