very good sound for N scale. Is that 3 sound equipped units working as one or just one? Thanks, andy

Nice Loco set! Sound quality is nice for what must be a small speaker. Mars light is well done.

Do you have the M.S.R.P?

The ‘N’ gauge project layout looks to be nice. Am looking forward to the article(s) on it.

I Like It!

Is the layout useing KATO track? Is it just a loop or a full Layout? Looks real nice and has a great Southwest feel.

Thanks,

nice layout! Can’t wait to see it in the mag.

they look and sound great also like the layout

amazing to get that sort of sound and functions into a Nscale diesel.
Congratulations - well done.

Nice! Very realistic engine sounds from an N scale loco.

Very nice, love the sound quality.

Very nice model, however I would have liked to have seen the entire train consist and more Mars Light action while the train was in motion.

sounds realy great! sometimes wish I worked in N instead of HO. too far into HO to go back.

Awesome N scale engine and layout display. I fully enjoyed this video demonstration. I have had excellent interactions with BLI staff regarding questions about their products and recieved welcome and efficient response. I will not hesitate to purchase more models from this company. The “Paragon2” sound & operating system is top notch with excellent slow speed control. The only minor issue I observed in the video is the window glazing would look better if it were flush fitting (if I saw this correctly). Check the BLI web site to be sure my observation is correct. I will buy a set of these deisels in the future when my layout is set up. Kato and Proto 2000 are the only other “N” scale E8 models I can think of and they have not had the features that BLI has. This is a high value model.

While I am a 90% O Scale person I am very impressed with this demo. It is amazing how much functionality can be packed in such a small engine. Thanks for making the video. My magazine would never have been able to give me this perspective. Bob

Nice, Sound seems to be scale to the loco.

TRUST ME, I played with one at : Bill Denton’s the other night and also Charlie Vlk had one at Daryl Kruse’s NEW Rochelle RR during its first OPPS Session. ALL I CAN SAY IS" WOW! " Great sound and good performance! AND I AM HARD TO PLEASE!!!

Nice engine! Watching this video reminds me of the progress model railroading has made over the past couple of decades, especially in sound and digital control.

That said, there was one shot in this video (very well done by the way) of a truck on an overpass while the train was moving underneath. The train was moving, the truck was standing still.

When someone smarter than me comes along and can develop a realistic system of vehicles being able to move along roads while our trains go by will be the next quantam leap in the hobby.

I bought the UP version A and B unit and ran them at the Decatur train fair on our Mid-West Central club layout (from Champaign) I was very impressed with the volume and quality of sound. Club members and the public were also very impressed.

Good, loud, audible, quality sound from an N-scale Locomotive has been hard to come by up to this point. If the unit(s) in the video are that loud in real life, then I believe thay have a winner!!! It also appeared the units have very nice paint as well as added-on details and things. They didn’t mention a price… but next question is how bad is going to wipe out our banks accounts???

Can’t wait to see more of the project layout too!!!

Too bad that its not D&RGW…Dave
