That grain elevator complex that Cody modeled is FANTASTIC!!! Thanks gain for sharing this wonderful journal with your readers!
M. Otte…Aka “The Pampered Chef”
nice!
Gents:
This is a great web site feature. Each segment is informing and well as entertaining. I am always looking forward to the next installment.
can’t wait to the fetilizer plant in place next to elevator.
Great video, but for a day or two the video didn`t work for me.
Thanks for a fine video series with a lot of good info that keeps me interested in the hobby and always looking forward to the next journal installment. Yet, I know this hobby is not cheap. I just wonder how much money is spent for each segment in just the materials and kits? It is just an afterthought I have being a budget minded modeler.
I’m completely hooked on this series. It’s inspiring me to get off the couch and build some more on my layout
I noticed the “Pampered Chef” as well. It was nice to see the items starting to fit onto the layout. During the shot of around the station there was a big building on the other side of the isle, what is it? Can you add a clip to the next journal? Perhaps Cody can show us in the next Cody’s Office.
very nice thank you
Great as usual. The only thing that I want to know is “How did all you guys get a job where you can play with your trains all day?” I’m jealous.
Adding scenery to my layout, these videos of Bay Junction
have been inspiring for me.
I’ve enjoyed the series, but look forward to the river scene, my practicing to make water look ’ believable’ needs alot more practice, so I’ll be watchin’…
Great video thank you so much for so many wonderful ideas.
I think that the Building Bay Junction series is not only a way to get great modeling tips, but also a great way to get to know the Model Railroader Staff. I can’t wait until the next journal come out!
Really great video, short but to the point, a couple of new techniques…like the scenery. Hadn’t heard of that technique before.
Rea-lll Nice,
This has been a great journey. Thanks MR!
Hope to see more of this with future projects.

Great scenes and Great tips to share on a fabulous layout in
the making. I took particular interests in the grain elevator that Cody’s working on and the stream/river bed work. Very Impressive to say the Least! I hope to use these tips on my
layout of my free lanced line: The Omaha, Minneapolis & Duluth Railway, and connecting line: Duluth, Two Harbors & Ely. I’ll be
focusing on grain elevators, streams and my Wife insists on a farm and small town for her addition to the layout.
