Nice ideas! I also have some narrow areas on my layout. Those tips will work great for me also. Also liked the foundation idea. Thanks again for the chance to watch you guys work!
These are great but when are we going to see Part 11?
This video was very informative. Steve explains the process very clearly. I would like to see more videos with Steve as the pace he goes at is sufficient to understand what he is doing.
Nicely done.
Is there some reason that this video or the others cannot be viewed full screen as I’ve been able to do in the past? Very disappointing. I stopped watching it since I couldn’t view it properly.
The link to making the asphalt shingle plant took me back to building the loading dock from Pikestuff. Is something still messed up?
i`M FINDING THESE VIDEOS VERY INTERESTING AND BUILDING 4X8 LAYOUT AND ARE LOOKING FOR ANY IDEAS FOR ADD A OIL REFINERY INTO MY LAYOUT
For Brian in Utah: Under the small screen is a yellow tab that reads “Model Railroader Video Plus”. Click wher it it says “MR Video Plus” underlined. That take you to a link where you can watch full screen. Hope this helps, Doug
A very informative method of assembly.
nice
Great info, great class on kits information.
Thanks fro the tip on how to use Plastruct products. It will help me to build an N scale version of the asphalt plant.
Nice Video - I tried to view this on the Video Plus link, but I get ‘This video isn’t encoded for your device’ on the view panel. Is it just not ready yet? I am viewing this on a Win7 laptop with all of the current updates…

Love the commenys and tips. Bring back full screen opyion.
Brian, You can watch the video in full screen by taping the F11 key, since they aren’t offering the full screen button on the video.
Interesting
I was watching to find out more on the vertical tanks shown. Can you give scale diameter and height? I plan to model a different type of business but it will have two vertical tanks that will be similar to your build. Archer decals for rivets? Thanks…John
Very nice! I also miss the ‘full screen’ option for viewing.
Thanks again for giving great tips and info.
Well that’s something I didn’t know about Pikestuff kits, this really opens up more modeling possibilities!

Great story… I am planning a project which can follow this line.
