Great looking layout…
Jeff…Beautiful, detailed, smooth-operating Railroad !!!..enhanced by fine photography and editing (thanks, Lou & Dana)…looking forward to my issue’s arrival. Bob C.
such a pleasure to see such a creatively detailed layout. Well done. For this setting smaller coal fired engines would be my preference.
Thanks for the video. The houses at the beginning of the video are really in keeping with a lot of rural West Virginia. Logan in the video has a lot of the “gritty” character of the real Logan. Excellent attention to details.
Thank you Bob for the kind compliments, hop you enjoy the article.
Excellent! I like the slow speed action which gives you a feeling of being there.
I am just starting out and hope I can come up with a layout as good as this!!
Being a C&O modeler myself I really like your work. I have spent quite a few years chasing all over the C&O especially in W VA. Ang I like what I see. The houses with the foundations on the side of the hill are typical and yours look good. I need to do more of the same. Keep going.
Very nice railroad. A lot of time and thought went into the layout.
Nice to see a lot off hard work that pays off with precision. Great job Jeff.
Fantastic to see an N scale layout of such quality!
Beautiful work! I read the article and am amazed that you are able to hand-lay code 55 track and have it work flawlessly!
Great job capturing the feel of West Virginia. I enjoyed the article as well. Is there someplace online where you have more photos? I’d love to see the rest of the layout.
Jeff, Great detail work can’t wait to see the article in July issue to see actual size.
Jeff, I’m in awe of the depth in your scenes. Well done, and I can hardly wait to read the July article.
Cheers!
Marc
Very nice! How did you support the upper shelf as pictured in pic 4 in the article? Would like to see the framework if possible.
Gorgeous layout - nice work. If I hadn’t read that it was ‘N’ I would have thought it was a larger scale.
Jeff, your layout looks great. I used to work on model trains with my Dad when I was a kid. I’m just getting back into the hobby and it is inspiring to see what is possible. Thanks for sharing.
Jeff I love your layout and the detail. I would love to know the source of the guitar pickin, it was very well paced with the theme of the area. thanks
