1 min. 1 sec. long, showing a 4-car SilverLiner-something on double-track - can’t read the Route sign on it to see whether it’s an R-5 to Lansdale/Doylestown, or an R-1 to Hatboro/ Warminster. Filmed at a grade crossing - those are kind of scarce in that area, so I’m wondering which one it is . . . the failry steep road/ street upgrade to the left may be a clue.

Thanks for sharing !

The double track ends right behind me. A SB had cleared the single track about 5 minutes before the NB showed up. It is the line that splits off at Jenkintown & crosses Jenkintown Rd. The spot we were standing at was about 1 mile past Jenkintown Rd & I will ask my son to ask the person who took me there for the name of the street & post it when I get it. Yes there was a upgrade to the left of where we were standing & there was a station stop on the single track about 1/4 mile past us

I will give U a heads up next time I will be up that way which will be after the snow stops flying in the spring & maybe we can connect? [:)]

The crossing is Easton Rd [:)]

Believe it is the Warminster line, doesn’t look like anything on the R5 route.

Grew up in New Britain

I’ll ask the person who took me there & get back to U on what line it was. Would it help if I informed you the station behind me is the Roslyn station?

Yes, it is the Warminster Branch and New Hope & Ivyland beyond.

Great that you found it what line it was [:)]
