I’m gonna give you some constructive criticism. Feel free to ignore it or whatever.
The camera is way too far from the tracks to see anything other than colors and shapes. If I’m going to watch (andlike - the important part) a video I want details. Audio and visual ones.
The guy walking in front of the camera didn’t help the case. If it was you…you knew you were filming…walk behind it.
Wind. It sucks and can be hard to deal with. Most video cameras have windscreens or a setting to compensate for that. This affects the sounds of the train. Squeaking, the hiss of metal wheels on metal rails, the rumble of prime movers, the pop & hiss of air brakes. If I can’t hear that then I feel I’m missing details. See #1.
Lighting/sun. Again, hard to deal with like wind from #3…but it seems to me that you’re shooting ‘up-sun’ which makes colors and details (see #1) hard to spot.
While I appreciate your effort to share your like of rail videos with the rest of us…I think this one left something to be desired.
