Interesting: One electronic bell and one mechanical bell. A quiet zone, divided highway and no four quadrant gates. Interesting combination.

Yes there are private homes on both sides of the tracks. Thus the “quiet” zone as you mentioned. I would estimated that some of the homes back yard are only 20/30’ feet from the track. The single track begins again about 50’ behind where the camera was [:)]
