That thing does not sound good at all. Good video. Bad decoder

I agree with Adam. Not good sound at all if any.

I have it installed and it sound much better than that. I believe it was the microphone pick up. My sound is deeper and louder.

Heard no sound from the loco…I heard the speaker talking…that all…

I turned the speakers up to full and heard nothing.

I hope Noel is correct about the mic issue. That sounded horrible and at that level would be drowned out by all the other sounds on the layout. I have this model and its great. I wonder would I have to remove the Kato installed decoder to fit the MRC and would it be worth it if nobody could hear it?
