hey cody i like the HO scale GMD GP40-2 sounds awsome on the club layout

Hmmm. When Cody cut the track, he cut it from side to side. But on the railcutter I bought, which I think is also Xuron, it came with a slip of paper that said not to do that: “For maximum cutter life and optimal cut ensure track is cut from top to bottom.”

Comments?

I loved the episode!! I will definately use the fence post support idea. Thanks for the tip!!!

Hi Cody, I enjoy the show! Do you guys ever have formal operating sessions on the MR&T?

great job, by the way, Cody, I used straight pins

Does Michi have his SAG card?

Cody,

Thanks for answering my question. I really appreciated it.

GREAT IDEAS AND tks FOR THE VIDEO ON THE CNR LOCO…NICE JOB.

great tips for us seniors in oregon cody. thanks . great tool for cutting track.we were told to use from top to bottom for max. cutter life. but for a demo and you can perhaps get more if needed.thk u crt/friends

Nice job saving the “much-anticipated locomotive” to the end.
I expected the cat’s next line after, “You need a 25th take?” to be, “Fix it in post!” If I had a nickel …
Keep up the good work!

Another great job as usual.
Looks like Mrs. Cody nixed the beard again. Or did Michi lick it off?
Sorry, I couldnt resist.
Tip - tell Mrs. Cody you are not shaving until the Twins are in the world series. That way you will look like a member of ZZ Top before you have to shave again!

Cody,
A great episode! Enjoyed the outtakes too!

Mr Flexi rules!

Thanks for showing the CN (Canadian) locomotive. Canadian prrducts reviews/demos are a bit rare. Those lit ditch lights are a thing of beauty.
Also I believe GMD means General Motors Division, (EMD means ElectoMotive Division) and not GM Diesel.

NO cats allowed near my trains!

As always another great video, I only buyMR so I can see Cody in his office working…ok in his office…

Great job guys!

When using the cutters ONLY cut track and soft wire. Follow the directions that are included cutting HO and N rail from top and bottom and not side to side as Cody demonstrated. Cuts will be clean and need only a little cleanup for rail joiners to go on easy. I use a dremmel tool for squareing the ends for a clean joint. Caution: Any hard wire that you cut will notch the cutter and render them useless. Thanks for all your reat tips, tricks and outakes.

Cody,
Another great episode even at 1:48 AM CST!

By the way,
Sigmund Freud would have a field day with you and your little “Friends”!

Keep up the good work but consider some electroshock therapy. To many years as a Minnesota sports fan I suspect!

Mark

so where do we get a Cody’s office boxcar or covered hopper? Great show.
