Video of a NB UPRR empty coal train being passed by a loaded NB BNSF coal train. The UPRR train is on the way back to the coal mines for a reload while the BNSF is proceeding towards Orin NE. Both trains are traveling on the UPRR/BNSF joint coal line @ Bill WY
