Are you sure? I’ve checked and rechecked Rapido’s web site and can only find a 2nd run of domes and obs. for VIA Rail Canada.

I’m a freight train kinda guy, but that train looks super, and all the lighting features of the lead locomotive are fantastic. Also, the MR club layout looks real nice. The blending of the foreground scenery into the backdrop at 1:52 is unequaled. I also noticed the realistic staining of the valley in the roof of the house to the far right during the station scene. I now have to go back over my work on my layout to duplicate this!

Gee folks, very old news now.
he second set of the Canadian was released mid 2012, so this review is really quite overdue.
At that point in time it was known that the Canadian was a hit and was more lr less sold out.
There are very few, if any of these units available.
I have seen a couple sets on e-bay, asking more than the intial price but they are rare indeed.

I wish I could run this train on my layout but the cars are too long and would come off the track on certain curves. Train looks great
