Vintage Plasticville?

This one caught my eye. I’ve never seen these, almost look like Plasticville construction. By the price, they must be very collectible.

EDIT - Then I found this assortment of stuff. Lots of ??? scale train cars, tinplate, and an interesting military vehicle, like a half track, that looks like it may have some value. Fun to look at.

That is awesome! I always wanted to have a mini replica of Idelwild Park’s “Storybook Forest” on my layout. That set would be just the thing! Problem is, I don’t have >$255 laying around for just four kits.

Paul,

Those look like some really rare Plasticville pieces, and can bring some good money if a collector wants them bad enuff. Also I have seen Plasticville Toll Plaza or Toll Booth go for over $80.00 at a local hobby shop.

I have some Plasticville buildings, houses and an apartment building with add a floor addition, on my layout to include signal bridges, bought some at Flea Markets or at trains shows and got some good prices on them. Not sure what some of my Plasticville is worth today but I don’t intend to sell it!

CTT just did a story on Storytown, an amusment park in New York last fall. had pics of those same pieces.

Was this 4-piece set the only Storytown items made by Bachmann? Or were there other pieces too?
