If anybody visits England in the near future and a visit to Windsor to see the castle is on your agenda make sure you stay in the area on a Friday night. This is because you can jump on a train from Windsor that goes to Slough and right next to the station is The Slough and Windsor Railway Society building “The Manor” and on Friday nights we meet and have illustrated talks on various rail/transport topics where you will be made most welcome.
