W/S Realistic Water - Clouding?

We have used the above product at the club and after about 6 month, two of the areas that have been poured have developed a cloudy white area below the surface. I suspect we may have poured too thick of a layer. Has anyone else had the problem? BTW, the pour was made into a plaster painted area on a foam base. The interesting thing is that another very deep area has not had any problem so far.

Jim,

Over 4 years ago, I put down Hydrocal on a plywood base. Once it dried, I applied a layer of WS Realistic Water. No clouding to date. I suspect, as you do, that it was applied to thick. Either that or the plaster had not fully dried and cured.
