Wabash RR Passenger decals

I would like to model the Wabash post-war Blue Bird train, in HO scale, which operateded with Streamlined equipment furnhished by the Budd company. I have had great difficulty finding decals for the passenger cars to this train (I will be using Con-Cor cars). Does anyone have any suggestions. Also, any suggestions on appropriate paint colors to use??
