In January, I ordered 3 Atlas diesels in N scale from Trainworld… like I always do. Two B23-7’s & one GP30. The prices are very good & can’t be beat so I won’t complain, but I’m STILL waiting. These are very popular engines… CSX & Conrail roadnames. It’s not Trainworlds fault & I’m sure there are other models on back order as well. Just venting while I wait. Anybody else ?
Have you called them and made sure your order didn’t somehow get lost or nixed? Fred
I am still waiting for my Santa Fe division superintendent’s business car (shorty) from The Coach Yard. I am about to bust at the seams about this thing, but I guess I have to continue to be patient!!!
Ah, but you ARE complaining. I’d turn up the heat on Trainworld and see what the holdup is.
How much did you get them for?
I recently sent an order to Trainworld via e-mail, attached a filled out copy of their order form. I asked for an acknowledgement of the order, and received it within a few moments, with an order number. So they are responsive.
I’d send them an e-mail with all of the order information - date, order number, items ordered, prices, whatever that can help them. Keep a copy of the e-mail; I’d rather do it this way as I know what I’ve said and have a record of asking.
Good luck!

I call Trainworld every two weeks. The B23-7’s alone are $39.00 each. I WILL wait… for that price ! lol
Well I have ordered things off of eBay at good prices and learned that a wait is feasible, as the USPS isn’t very fast at times, but it depends how long your wait has been. I’d at least dial them up and see if you might find out what is going on. Good luck!
