I opened up my Christmas present and installed a decoder. Just before I reattached the body, I noticed that the bottom of the DCC socket had solder flash which brought the contacts in extremely close proximity to the front flywheel. The distance was less than a mm, and I did notice a couple of scratches on the white paint which tells me that contact must have been made during assembly. A few swipes of a flat file will resolve the issue, be sure to check this if you install a decoder.

Does anyone know of a source for the axial bulbs used for interior lighting? I’ve got to retrofit all of my 1st run cars.
