Hello everyone, just curious…On the approach track leading to my turntable, should the feeder wires be the opposite of how the main line is wired or do i need an auto reverser? I attached the feeder wires the same as i have the rest of the track but when i powered on my DCC system i had a short. After disconnecting the feeder wires from the approach trach all is good except i have no track power to my approach track leading onto the turntable. Thanks!
My layout is wired for Block Control and the block switches take care of track polarity.
I operate my layout dual mode, DC or DCC and my DCC system works fine on my DC wiring. This is a section from my control panel of my turntable and roundhouse. The circles are for DPDT center off switches control the power (reversing) to the rails.

Mel, as usual i really appreciate you replying to my dilema lol…Turns out i made a rookie mistake…After looking over my yard that is in the “Trial” stage i noticed that i had joined together 2 Peco Electrofrog turnouts by mistake…I had been using both Insulfrog as well as Electrofrogs and somehow overlooked that i had accidentally joined 2 of the electros together without gapping them…After isolating them i have no problems now. Now to learn how to actually program this turntable lol…Thanks again Sir!
