I’ve had this kit sitting around for a while waiting for me to finish planning out my little diorama I’ve been itching to build. Oddly enough because of how I’ve been working at it, the last thing I needed to plot out was the exact location of the track. I mean, its more or less just a straight shot across the three feet of space, so it could be fit in pretty much however it wound up fitting. Or so I thought. Getting to the actual question: does anyone know what the track centerline spacing is on this thing? I’d rather not actually jump in and build the thing THEN start building the hillsides it spans. I’d prefer to know exactly how wide my right-of-way is going to when I go to cut the foam, then install the abutments. If I recall it seems to be around 2.75 inches. If anyone does know, it would be greatly appreciated. The box, instruction sheet, Walthers site, general internet searches, and looking at old threads here yielded every dimension except track spacing.
