Hi All,

Anyone know where I couls find replacement gears for the Walthers doodle bug?

I just acquired one the other day and found the gears are cracked.

North West Shortline…may take some research on shaft size, number of teeth and pitch. Lots of info on their website.

Yeah I found the item number 2 weeks ago… 2412-6.

Just when I placed the order they said they had to be back ordered…there was a sudden demand for them…now I have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for them.

Wow!! How timely, my doodle bug needs the exact same drive axles. I’ll be adding an order, too!
