Has anyone purchased one of these? I’d like to know if it will hold a loco and at least one car. Also is it worth buying?
I don’t have one, and whether or not it is worth the money would be up to the individual. As to whether it will hold a loco and at least one car, that will depend on which loco and which car. Here is a link to a Walthers video showing the table in action. It handles what appears to be an F unit with ease. Later in the video they show it mooooo-ving a switcher and a stockcar.

It looks like the turntable can handle a medium-sized steam locomotive, or a full-length passenger car, or a short freight car and a short locomotive. It won’t handle most freight/passenger cars plus a locomotive at the same time. Anyway, the bridge appears to be about 13 inches long.
