Walthers nscale 0-8-0: Best Decoder?

Hello!
Got a Walthers 0-8-0 USRA (nscale) on the way, in the mail.
Just got my NCE powercab DCC system (first time DCCer after 20 years of DC).

Been reading up on decoders and wondering which is the best one for the train & system.

I didn’t know if there were any other options now (tech changing all the time!).

To install, remove tender shell, plug in decoder.
