How can I get a hold of Walthers tech support? I specifically need clarification of the instructions of their RTR turntable.

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-4-TRAINS (1-800-487-2467). Because they’re real people who have to go home at night, our Customer Service phones are only available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, Central Time. If you’re calling internationally, call 414-527-0770.

Thanks Don. I missed that one. By the way, the statement “talk to a real person” is false. I had to leave a message!

If you had a leave a message, remember that Walthers is on central time. I have not had any issues with contacting their service area during their normal business hours.

I’ve always gotten excellent tech support whenever I called Walthers. They have [had?] a guy named Keith - don’t know his last name - but he always knew exactly what to do to help me get my problem P2K engines running properly again[tup]

Well, it’s been three days and still no call from tech support.

The kind folks at Walthers have been very helpful and accomodating whenever I’ve needed to contact them.

Maybe they have caller ID and don’t want to talk to you?[:-^] Just joking![:D]

I’ve always contacted them via email and have always had good results. The man who responds, Jerry, is very knowledgeable and has helped me out of quite a few binds.
