Walthers turnouts

Howdy, I just purchased a couple of Walthers turnouts which state on the box "Now improved for both DC and DCC operations. The question I have is are these turnouts plug and play for DCC or do wires have to be soldered from one rail to another to make them work for DCC? They do have insulated frogs. If they do need wires from one rail jumped to another, which ones?

The new Walthers/Shinohara “DCC Friendly” turnouts are fully insulated just like an Atlas or Peco Insulfrog turnout, and need no special wiring unless you want to electrically isolate your siding for parking sound-equipped engines, in which case you might want to use insulated rail joiners and separate feeder wires to that siding. Unlike Peco turnouts, however, the new Walthers are not power routing.
