Yes. I was going from memory. The frog wire is on the Unifrog. Insulfrog’s are all plastic frog. Atlas fit an insulated frog which is metal with a connector tab to power it.
Peco assumed you would buy an Electrofrog if you needed power at the frog. Electrofrogs came with attached frog wires even though you don’t need them unless you also modify the turnout electrically.
