That is a very nice set at a nice price and packs a lot of play value. Especially if you’re a postwar kind of guy. The engine runs well and features old school postwar style pullmore motors along with magnetraction. It also has traction tires which are a good design. They don’t spew off easily if at all. You also get Railsounds which sound pretty awesome. You can run it with a transformer or get a command base and cab 1 remote for $100 bucks. Most of the cars in the set are nice. Particularlly the horse and corral set, 6315 orange and black tanker, and 6517 bay window caboose. I don’t know how well the horse and corral set works compared to the postwar version. The postwar version takes some tinkering and coaxing to work right. It states O31 curves but will work fine if not better on O36 Fastrack. The origional sets are highly prized and in full excellent to like new condition, complete with all the boxes, go for several thousand dollars.
