It was built as Penn Central 7802, then it became Conrail 7802 not 7208.
When did WSOR acquire a GP39-2???

They had all the correct digits. They were close.
Either paint job would be better than the current black with yellow ends. The Watco’s current colors just seem to look cheep, sort of “scruffy”.
I’m glad to see Watco keeping the paint schemes of some of the lines they purchase instead of the cheap version of the old AT&SF blue and yellow. I do
wish they would get away from the WAMX reporting marks and use the marks of the individual railroads, but I’m guessing this has something to do with computers and keeping track of all their equipment on every line.
