Watco, partners to build crude oil facility in Houston
Every time some one brings up the Keystone pipeline thinking it will allow oil to flow all over the US they fail to realize that up at the Bakken it would move 250,000 barrels a day when it is completed but will only go North to South while the railroads are currently moving almost a million barrels a day from that location and distributing it to both the East and west coast where there is no pipelines for distribution. This new facility in Houston also beats out pipeline supply in the area.
