WATCO to operate on NS WV Secondary & Ex-Virginian

Apparently WATCO filed a STB notice to operate on portions of the NS West Virginia Secondary and former Virginian Princeton-Deepwater District. Said to be running as the Kanawha River Railroad.

When NS picked up the ex-NYC line in the Conrail split, and with the ex-VGN line, made it a single continuous line, I was encouraged for its future. Glad that WATCO sees the potential.
