While the “solvent” isn’t as dangerous as solvent based paint, why would you want to inhale particles of paint? You can use an inexpesive range hood and some spun fiberglass furnace filters to make an exhaust system to trap the paint.
you might get away with cross ventilation away from you and a rag around your mouth and nose.
Don’t do it. I’ve tried it. I figured it’s water based paint, what’s the harm. I keep the furnace fan blowing year round to even out circulationa and to help clean the air. If you spray in the house, the paint debris winds up in the general air and (hopefully) gets trapped by the furnace filter. I went to change the filter at the end of the month and found the filter tinged with dark green paint (I was doing a box car in REA colors). I hate to think what would have happened if I was painting more than a single box car!
