What a great idea and excellent addition to my layout. With a little modification a fourth compartment efficiently holds my NCE throttle allowing me to easily shuffle through my waybills.

Each time I try to open the “waybill box construction” .pdf file, I get a massage saying “a drawing error occurred.” I would like to download this article to avoid having to “reinvent the wheel.” What can I do? What is the drawing error?

Hi William,
There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the PDF file. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe reader installed on your computer, and that might help. Here’s a link to the Adobe website.

Very nice project !
In a future article it would be nice to have additional infos on the “Fast Clock” itself; how to build one or where to buy one and how to use it for our layout operations.

Great plans. I like the idea of the flashlight holder and pick as this is two items I use.
