WE MET ANOTHER FORUM MEMBER TODAY!!

This afternoon, we got to meet Brian Gregg (louisnash). He, his wife, and
their two sons came down to the big flea market, and came to meet us
after they left the fairgrounds.

It was really fantastic to meet another forum member, and also his family.
We spent some time together, we were very glad to get the chance to
meet someone else from the forum.

Gee, is anyone else planning to come to Louisville for some reason or
another? If so, we’d love to meet you also.

I owe a big thanks to Cherokee Woman (Paula) and Locomutt (Walt) for inviting us over to their home. It was a real pleasure meeting them today. I have been wanting for some time to get down to meet them.

And if anyone is in their area, let them know. They are two very nice and friendly people (friends).

Brian (KY)

Hey, was he wearing his frilly apron? [}:)] [;)] [:p] [:D]

lol lol lol [:D] [:D] [:D]

I read a little in the Diner about that apron. He didn’t have it on.

Had I known about it before I got there I would have told him to put it on. lol

Brian (KY)

Gee Bri, maybe I should have said something when you called to let us know you
were on your way to our house!! Sorry about that.

Hey Jim, how about you make or get Walt an apron that says “DO NOT KISS THE
COOK!!”?

going to get down there someday.
stay safe
Joe

One day I must come down to the CSX coal train State-home of the busy Russell Ky coal train staging.

I will tell you all that if you ever get there that there are plenty of places around locomutt and cherokee woman’s house to railfan.

On our way there I finally got to see a PAL loco (3 actually) just a few blocks from their home. I had only seen them in pictures before.

Lived in the Russell,Raceland area for about 6 years. From where we live now,Russell is several hundred miles from us.[:)]
