We need your prayers

I’m with you, grandpa and all your family.

My grandpa’s name is Ralph and my great grandmother’s name was Agnes. Thank you so much.

Me and my family really appreciate your prayers. Thank you all so much.

The doctors have scheduled a full hip replacement for this afternoon. I will let you know how it goes.

Willy

I’ll say one too.

Thanks, I’ll be praying this evening, which is still late morning your time, and then tomorrow morning, and continue at least twice a day until you say things are OK.

You have my prayers. If it makes you feel better, I know of a 97 year old man who broke his hip and required a replacement a while back. He lived another 6 years after. My great grandmother had the same thing close to her 90s and also recovered.

I hope he also makes the same recovery,

God bless

[angel]He’ll be in my prayers.[angel]

Good news! My grandpa made it through the surgery without any problems. He has just come out of recovery and is doing fine, he’s just a little tired. [zzz]

I know that all of your prayers helped my grandpa make it through this and I thank you all very very much!

Most excellent…
Now, dont let the chance to sit and talk with him slip by…get off the computer.
You will be amazed by what he knows!

Sometime the older folks are tougher then us. My grandfather who was in his 70s at the time, went in for bi-pass surgery and the next day he went across the street to the pub for a bite and a smoke with his I.V pole. The nurses told him he shouldn’t have done that but he said he really needed a smoke and there was no way he was going to eat that crappy hospital food.

How many younger folk could do that?

…Good for you and your grandpa Willy…Now help to encourage him and keep close company with him. It was a good thing for you to think to ask for prayer and it was a great happening on here with great response from fellow Posters.

Well said Ed ! Videomaker

Good for your grandfather! As I said before mine lived to be 94 and he smoked a pipe and drank whisky all his life - in moderation admittedly.

I also know an old Irish sea captain who’s just celebrated his 95 birthday. He’s still as fit as fiddle and comes over to England every month to walk the length of the Malvern Hills (12 miles).

I deeply appreciate the good news, Willy, and let us know when he is up and about with completely full recovery.

Willy, I’m so very glad that your grandpa made it through the surgery
o.k. Will continue to pray for him to have a complete recovery!!

Great news!!! Which hospital did your grandpa have his hip replacment done at.

Bergan Mercy.

Everything is still going well. They are going to start rehabilitation today.

That’s very good to know. Hopefully he’ll be back to normal in no time. I’ll be praying for him.
