This is a Bachmann SD45 I bought in Chicago for $4 last summer. It is also my first try at weathering a locomotive. What do you think?
Looks good to me. The more you do the better you will get.

I admire the fact that people can weather so well and make it stand out by looking used and abused. I have tryed weathering in the past and for some odd reason, they just look to over weathered or not weathered enough.

I like the weathering effects on the radiator and fan vents too!
