Here’s mine
Blue box sw1500. Painted for a certain steel mill railroad and home printed decals. is waiting on superdetail parts 
Jimmy, thanks for starting us out, good looking switcher, can’t wait to see the finished product.
I managed to get a little work done this week.
Atlas (Ex-Branchline) 40’ 1944 AAR Boxcar Kit, using the 4/4 ends and Murphy Panel roof as the prototype used in the 1947 build. These cars were rebuilt in 1966, I found pictures of these without the running board, so I finished it without and cut down ladders on the other side of the car. Car was painted with Scalecoat II ATSF Red paint and then lettered with Dan Kohlbergs decals for these rebuilt cars. Car was assigned to flour loading out of Jackson, MI and was to be returned there when empty.
Athearn ACF 2970CF Covered Hopper kit, painted with Scalecoat II CNW Green paint and lettered with Herald King Decals. These cars were used for sand or cement loading and could be found nationwide, I have a picture of these cars in Reading,PA.
Rapido FL9’s with a passenger train on the Strongsville Model Railroad Club layout.

Rick,I always enjoy seeing your fine work,and learning a bit about the history of the cars. I like that shot on the club layout.
Since it appears everyone is still in a state of torpor from too much turkey - I’ll throw out a few pictures.
Finally found some good looking O scale gooseneck lamps on ebay:
Installing LEDs on several buildings:
I’ll be replacing the oversized lamp over the freight door as soon as more of the new goosenecks arrive:
Installed some lights on the outside of the roundhouse,and the station at Dry Creek:
Have a bunch of lights on poles to install,too,and I need to get a dimmer for my overhead lights.

Mike - Good photos. You have done what I have yet to do with several new buildings on the layout.
This car just arrived today. One of the key cars for my Bush Memorial train.

Allen, that is one long looking car!
I’m sill limited of what I can do on my layout so stuck at the workbench I re-motored a couple of Athearn SD40-2 frames with the new find Mabuchi SF266SA motors. It takes a bit grinding to the frame but back to back they work great. Double the power and with the Carry E7 metal bodies they weigh in at a little over 30 ounces and have 7 ounces of draw bar.
Jimmy, Thanks for the WPF start-up and view of your mill switcher project.
Been taking another stab at rolling stock weathering using mostly Pan Pastels. Also tried out the AK watercolor pencils that Kevin spoke about, I like em’ and a black one saved my bacon with a few lettering boo boos.

I just rolled it outrside for this picture. I am going to give it a memorial test drive this afternoon and paint a dozen or so models.

Middleman Mike, thanks for the comments on my work/pictures, that lighting you did sure looks great.
Alan, thanks for the comments, a very nice car, but too new for my tastes.
Mel, you do some great work with repowering and DCC that I would not care to do. I gave up with my SLR and have been taking photos with my I-Phone. My daughter the painter says I have a good eye for taking photographs.
Peter, that is some very nice subtle weathering, which I prefer to what most people now do on the modern stuff.
Kevin, that is some hood, much more sophisticated that my simple box with an exhaust fan and furnace filter.

Hey, yeah, nice work Kevin. Might have to think in that direction as my ol’ 2-20 spray ventilation system gets a might chilly in winter, (two garage doors open & 20mph SW wind). Btw, thanks for the lead about the AK weathering pencils.
