I’m at the computer and felt I might as well get this thread underway…it’s past noon out where a lot of you are, so it’s official.
Selector, your shot is superb. Not only is the curve and locomotive magnificent, the roadway down the hillside helps create a true sense of distance. [bow]
While it will be nothing compared to what Crandell has here, I’ve almost got Esleeck Manufacturing done, (just need to install the window glass). Pictures coming soon.
Selector - What an absolutely inspiring shot. Well done!
Nice work Selector!
It’s only 10:40 here… Maybe in two hours.
Selector that’s a fine shot — fantastic detail and very real to the eye!!
The sun’s on the rise in Arizona…
Great shot selector!
Love that big Pennsy Steamer!
I have several myself.
Mostly BLI’s. I have a J1, an M1a an M1b, and 2- T1 duplexes , all PRR engines.

Working on the Pennsy
Thanks, everyone, for your kind support. I can’t seem to get enough of Pennsy steam!
Perry, I don’t think there is anyone who posts here who can do “sun” as well as you. I sure like your rugged scenery. The diesel isn’t half bad either. [8D]
-Crandell
Perry- Your lighting “rocks”![:D]
And I like Perry’s stairway. (You could keep it cleaner if you didn’t let horses on it, though…)
Here’s a small shelter I scratch-built last week for the trolley stop on Saint Anne Street. The figures are Woodland Scenics.
great photos!
Mr. B, that looks pretty darned special, if I may say so. Nice modeling. Photography ain’t too shabby, neither.
Amazing, Selector! Looking forward to it, Yoshi!
Perry,
“Woo doos” your layout? [swg] Very Brycey. You’ve captured it well.
Tom
Great shots, gents.
I’ve been working on a Monon BL2 this week
There’s a video too

Jon
No fair, Jon!!! How are the rest of us supposed to meet that standard?
Huh?
Crandell’s right, Jon. That’s a low blow - even if you do exquisite work. [swg]
Crandell, I forgot to mention that I also like your latest perspective picture of your layout. [tup] Very, very, nice! I don’t know why. I’m just a sucker for coal trains.
Tom
It’s just wrong for a BL2 to look that good. Goes against nature or something
Thanks, but a certain Pennsy coal train at the head of this topic blows that one out the water[:)]
Jon
Nowt wrong with BL2s, but they do look much better without all the grabirons in the way.
I like them because they resemble some of our early British diesels.
Jon
Wow you guys
This is totally unfair
I’m gonna wait for a new page
before i post any of my photos
Great work everyone ! [tup]
