Weekend Photo Fun 23,24,25

Have Fun!

Just a shot of my model of the Cape Cod, Mass. bridge and railroad trestle over a gorge with cascading rapids. A Faller roadway with battery operated HO trucks and cars will travel over the bridge, which connects two towns, that are 18ft. apart. Enlarge the picture by clicking on it. Note that when the picture is enlarged, that there appears a set ot three small pictures on the upper right. To view 50 pictures of my layout, you click progressively on the right frame, small picture, and the series of pictures will appear as enlarged pictures, one at a time. Bob Hahn

This is what I was working on this week.

How do you get fire trucks this big:

to fit in a building made for fire trucks this big?

You move the back wall of the building farther back of course.

From the front it all looks normal.

Is that the Chapaquittic bridge? Where is Ted’s car?[%-)][:-^]

Hello just a random shot.

Have a good weekend Frank

Is that some slot car track I see there? [:)] You’re after my own heart, since my little home layout is actually a road and rail. We had a lot of fun racing and railroading while my son was growing up. There was some occasional broken plastic, but it was well worth it.

Looks good.

Freight rolling through Blackwood cut.

ukguy-Your work never ceases to amaze me![bow]

The local runs through Indian Rock Cut. Indian Rock is visible behind the locomotive.

The local switcher passes Lake Watchinson, a summer hangout.

Enjoy!

Joe

I’ll second that. Absolutely awesome, and inspiring! [bow][bow]

DJ, your image is very nice…well done. [8D]

Karl, you continue to pop in occasionally with jaw-dropping models. Simply amazing. [tup][:D]

In a much more modest effort, a J1d Hudson pulling a local is about to cross the Seneca River Trestle.

New video added! Please check out 21R passing Lake Watchinson in Stop Animation!

Westbound grain train passing Richlands yard as two locals wait to follow.

See ya.

Ex-D&SL #3360 pulling a cattle train over Yuba Pass. And yes, some of the cars make noise[:P]

Nice, Larry! [tup][tup]

Dtommie ,

I didn’t know if you knew about it or not but in Southwestern Indiana in the early 1990 's there was a short lived railroad called the Owensville Terminal RR that ran on an old CE&I branch from Owensville Indiana to Poseyville Indiana , If I recall their paint scheme was blue and white , and their logo looks like yours . nice work

HHPATH: Is that the Bourne or Sagamore bridge? It looks like a scaled down model of one of the two (for those not familier with these two bridges; they’re twin auto bridges crossing the Cape Cod Canal in Massachusetts. The Bourne Bridge is very near to the Cape Cod Canal Lift Bridge; an ex-New Haven lift bridge currently hosting Mass Coastal service. It’s the 2nd largest lift bridge in the US.

Had some time today to work on my roads. Did the shoulders on the blacktop rd. & added patches.

Couple of quick shots of my Cat Dealer:
