Looking good MB.
I figured I’d share a photo of the new enginner my wife brought to the Greenville Route. I’m sure that after years of intense training, she’ll be one of the best…

Baby Gianna was born January 18th, 2007 at 23:08.
Lookin’ good Mr.B Good to see some train pics for a change. I especially like the bricks on the first building
Congrats on the new arrivial. Mike
MisterBeasley - Looks great but I was hoping to see that Hudson.
I should really get off my butt and do some layout work, haha. Getting a new DCC system tomorrow though.
Went railfanning today. Caught CSX Q335 coming into the yard in a snow squal.

No, it’s a birthday present so I’ve got to wait until March.
Well done, Eric. It’s your nicest modelling job yet. How’s the prototype feeling?
Just like Main Street, Anywhere, Mr. B. Every picture tells a story if you do it right. So far, so good…
Congratulations, Eric. What did the LHS want for this latest N-scale item from Walthers Catalogue?

WELCOME ABOARD!!
CONGRATS TO THE
PROUD PARENTS!!
a little custom paint on the eagle river line

I built a couple of mock-ups for the Weyerhauser plant at the end of the line. The last one has worked out so well I don’t want to take it apart to keep working on the layout.

I also went DCC this week with NCE wireless and LokSound decoders. I installed my own after reading two books and studying the wires. It worked right the first try! And I agree, using a computer program for tweaking decoders is a must!
I am new sign up to forum, though I have been enjoying the forums and pictures for some time. I have links below to some pictures, not really this weekend photos, but from before. Maybe some pictures good for a laugh, though some are not that sharp. I think I need better glasses. Also got my amtrak prototype pictures if the links work.

Let me be the first to say Hi & Welcome! Great pics on 1st link - will be back after work tonight to see the rest![8D]
That’s TERRIFIC news, Eric!!! [tup][tup] I think she’s a little bigger than 87.1:1 though?
Finally finished painting my “baby”:

I’m already working on the next iteration. This time…out of brass.

My latest rock work on my On30 layout.

Here are some pics of something someone may want to model on their layout. It is a point where logging trucks bring cut timber cross ties to be loaded onto gondolas for transport to a treatment facility. You can smell the oak from a 100 yards away.

Another pic of the C&O bridge with a histroical marker with info about the bridge.

Congradulations on the “new engineer”! [:)] Jim
Great Photos All !!!
Congrats on the new baby Jim
I started a new scratch building project this week
It’s the Thurmond Freight House

Those are two log bridges up to the lumber camp and log loading area(no rails on those yet though). One more bridge will later be constructed in front of the railtruck so it can reach to the other side of the gap. If i will get any time I will take more pics later so the bridges can be seen from a different angle.
