Weekend Photo Fun (pic)

Here is another look at one of my scratched built structures. The design was inspired from one I saw in the Mayfield section of the Franklin and SouthManchester RR (F&SM web site). Having only a photo to work with, I had to quess what the sides and back of the structure looked liked. To complete the scene, a small auto garage and Jordan vehicles were added. The Name “JC Garage” was named after a fellow engineer I work with.

Absolutly stunning work Bob. I’m am truely awed by your handiwork!!

Dave

Bob, I think your pics are simply GREAT! Looking at the pics , I want to fill up my truck with your fuel. shouldn’t cost moer than a couple of bucks. Mike

[#ditto] I completly agree about the photos looking great and wanting to fill up on your fuel. [(-D]

Awsome work, did you make the ramp or is that a purchased detail?
David

Everything you see except the castings, figures, and cars was made from scratch.
The signs were made using “paint” on my PC.

Bob…

C’mon Bob, we’re on to you by now, we know these are real photos, you can only fool us for so long, then we wise up, they are far too detailed to be modelled with that much precision, didn’t think we would notice did you ??

Grass in the cracks, tar slop on the roof, oil spot on the floor. I bet even the mechanic’s hands are dirty. That is my knid of modeling, though I am not that good. I hope you continue to inspire some of the rest of us and we too share will our latest attemps at a finished realistic scene.

Hey Bob, do you give lessons? Or have a videos of your techniques?
Thats is great work, truly.

O.M.G.
I cant even imagine how muich work that entailed.
Well, i bought an Atlas WC Boxcar. WEEEE lol

Bob, like me, is a fan of the fantastic detail parts made by JL innovative supply www.jlinnovative.com The old time gas station detail parts are some of the best they make IMO and Bob has used them to great effect in this great scene.

Bob is a Sellios clone…which is a good thing cause Sellios rocks.
