I bought the whole set - two combines and full third - to run behind my AccuCraft ‘The Earl’ live steamer, and have to say that the whole train makes a fine sight on any track - all for less than the price of many a single locomotive from another well-known and respected company in this scale and genre.
I’m a frequent visitor to the real line, too, and have been for almost forty years, so the whole shebang is very familiar to me. As such, I can only say, like many others have already done, that this beautiful set of cars and their matching loco are about as good as it can get in this scale - all represent remarkable value for your hard-earned $$$ or even £££.
