were can i find dash 9 blueprints any links would be great

Drawings of this locomotive in HO scale were published in the December 1994 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman magazine. If that is still available as a back issue from the publisher, it shouldn’t cost too much. The cover price is $2-95!

If a library in your area has a copy of the magazine, they may allow you to photocopy the drawing. I believe this is allowed under copyright laws.

Diesel Era magazine has also more recently published detailed drawings of Dash 9 locomotives, and may have back issues available.
