I have heard that the West Tennessee RR has scrapped thier rsd-12’s and m420’s. And, i have heard they have not… Does anyone have any information about thier status? Any info on thier operations would be great as well. thank you everyone! ~Kevin
One RSD-12 is in Pine Bluff(one of my friends owns it)
