These two engines bring back great memories of the Western Maryland. My grandfather and great uncle had a lumber yard in Hanover, PA and received loads from the WM. I got more than one cab ride with my dad on the Hanover Sub in Western Maryland days. WM men like Les Flora, Glenn Wolfensberger, Worth Bateman and Clyde Speiss would love this! Job well done to Mr. Altizer!

Just go a little further South to Belington, WV to the West Virginia Central [Operated by Durbin and Green-brier ] Their units are all WM Black and Gold scheme. ABA F units a BL2 and a GP9 in B&O livery. These units operate in both Regular freight and passenger service. Lived in Elkins for years and have tons of video in cab and track side tapes.
