I just stumbled across these pages in the course of researching pneumatic tool safety for work (really !), and don’t remember seeing them posted here. I haven’t looked at all of the Western Rail Images pages, but most are historical to some extent. Some are not rail-related, but they’re still interesting - something for everyone, I think.
The George L. Beam photos are generally just great ! Many of them are trackwork related, a subject “near and dear” to several of us here. Appears a lot of time could be spent looking at and studying these images - I’d guess there might be several hundred - now 80 to 95 years old !
