Would have to say somewhere in northern California. That’s a ParkSerria engine. Could be a California Northern GP15-1.

Don’t know exact location, but my guess is somewhere north of Davis, CA on what used to be SP’s Westside line.

Incidentally, anyone know where the picture in my signature was taken?

It’s north of Williams on one of the few curves on the west valley line run by California Northern.

Sorry I wasn’t more clear guys but this was the answer. It is at the bend in the tracks north of Williams,Ca. on the California Northern’s ex SP West Valley line.
