No, but your getting closer.
The only other area that I can recall looking like that is somewhere around Kingman, but I still think it’s a dead ringer for the 4th st. Flagstaff area (before the realignment). Small bridge is in the right place, the curve is right, the signal tower is right for this timeframe (before the alignment last year or two) … however I’d date this somewhere around late 80’s early 90s by the headlight in the short hood and the lack of ditch lights.
It was taken in 93’. And it’s not Kingmond either.
I thought this one would be easy, especialy after useing a pic from the same spot looking the other way a few days back. This is Dagget again with Barstow in the background.
