Chad, is it in Eastern Oregon?
Might be Eastern Oregon, but I don’t think it’s Chad[;)]
Oh ,I guess you are right. Silly me, I just thought that Chad was the only one that did this.
Wind River Canyon?
Sorry guys, just not into it. Family drama has me down. Just found out my parents are getting split up after 35 yrs of marrage. I’m just in shock. Thanks RJ for keeping it going.
Hey Chad thomas sorry for family probulmes. We all here hope you feel better and come back soon!
Thanks, Of course I couldn’t stay away from the forum too long before I start going through wi wi wit withdraws.[;)]
My first guess would be the north (railroad west) end of Yakima River Canyon, but I think the smooth nature of the hillsides might point to somewhere in northern Nevada or, as mentioned above, Wind River Canyon?
Sorry to hear that, Chad. We’ll add you and your family to our prayers.
Western Oregon?
Chad-sorry to hear of your troubles. Hope it all works out well.
As far as the photo, how about the canyon that BNSF(?) is trying to double-track, that’s causing all the static with the envireronmentalists? Abo(?) canyon. perhaps.
What end?
Sorry to hear your sad news. I hope that everything comes together for you.
I would guess the South end
Then, I’d guess the north end.[;)]
CNW8835 and Murphy got it.
It is the Wind River Canyon, a mile or 2 out of the opening towards Thermopolis Wyo.
[(-D][(-D]Obviously a (lucky) guess on my part. Oddly, I have been there, when I was about 12 years old/around 1973. It’s a very pretty area.
Yes sir it is a very beautiful place. I LOVE swimming in the hot springs there. Except it costs $8 to do it now.
