Dale nailed it. Good job. It’s Victorville just north of the cement plant (?Riverside cement?) The train is crossing the Mojave river bridge just out of site.

I thought it was South West Portland Cement, although I read that article years ago.

Southwest Portland Cement is behind the train about 2 miles. Both are big plants, take a look on Google Maps/sat.
