Western where is it 6/15/06

Napa Valley, California?

Not Napa Valley. BTW- those are ex Metra commuter cars a long way from home…

wrong vegitation for San Timeteo …I want to say its down near Camarillo or Simi Valley

Getting closer

Boy am I glad you are able to get back on theese Chad. I was gonna email you tonite about it. I haven’t had time, Between having to replace computer parts, do this ghost hunt last weekend and replace a clutch in my truck, i just havent been able to do it.

This week has been pretty hectic for me too but I should be in the office most of today and tommarrow.

OK Moorpark?

Not Moorpark either.

Somis

It’s not Somis. That name rings a bell but I can’t remember where that is. Please refresh my failing memory Vic.

Well it’s almost o’beer thirty so I’ll leave you guys with one more hint: This is in my neighborhood.

Midway between Camarillo and Moorpark where Lewis Rd connects with hwy 118

Things are slowing down for me too. I got my truck finished today, and I got my computer put back together just a couple hours ago. So now I will have more time again. things just went to crap within a couple days of eachother, and been trying to get everything fixed. At least I am mobile again, thats all that matter now. I can get back to train watching!

Tijuana?

Its the US border, which side is a guess, I’d saw US side

I love it when Chad does ones from home. It’s just south of Carrizo Gorge off of I-8 (just outside of Jacumba I believe). Those are the ex-Metra (don’t quote me on that) cars brought in for some proposed commuter service between Tijuana and Tecate. Thats all I gathered from one of the engineers at the museum, but I’m pretty sure thats the location

Matt nailed that one right on the head. I was just down the hill from the gas stations in Jacumba. Good job.
